Distributor/Vendor Agreement

Eligibility:
- To become a distributor, a minimum investment of N1,000,000 is required.
- To become a vendor, a minimum investment of N80,000 is required.
- Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the area of operation.
Partnership Responsibilities:
- Distributors/Vendors are expected to promote, market, and sell Dates Nature’s products within the designated territory, ensuring brand representation aligns with our standards.
- Maintain adequate stock levels to meet market demand and uphold product availability.
- Uphold brand integrity and refrain from engaging in activities that may tarnish the reputation of Dates Nature.
Product Handling and Storage:
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure adherence to storage guidelines provided by Dates Nature.
- Maintain proper inventory records and report any product issues promptly.
Orders, Payment, and Invoicing:
- Orders must be placed according to agreed-upon schedules and quantities.
- Payment terms and methods will be specified in separate agreements.
- Invoices must be accurate, detailing the quantity and cost of products purchased
Marketing and Promotion:
- Distributors/Vendors are encouraged to engage in promotional activities in line with our brand guidelines.
- Marketing materials provided by Dates Nature should be used appropriately and not altered without prior consent.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:
- Protect Dates Nature’s confidential information and respect intellectual property rights.
- Do not disclose sensitive information to unauthorized parties.
